HOW IT WORKS

All Kenn Culture products are made-to-order — that means when you hit “buy,” your gear is printed just for you by our fulfillment partner, Printify. This helps us reduce waste, keep things fresh, and stay aligned with the culture.

FULFILLMENT TIME

Once your item is printed, it heads to shipping.

SHIPPING TIME (After Fulfillment)

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (location dependent)

Shipping times may vary depending on the item, your location, and current demand.
We’ll send tracking info as soon as your order is on the move.

ORDER TRACKING

DELAYS + ISSUES

Delays can happen — especially around holidays or peak seasons. If it's been more than 10 business days (U.S.) or 21 business days (international) since shipping and you haven’t received your order, contact us and we’ll look into it.
